This training will focus on increasing clinicians knowledge and skills regarding Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and how SEL advances educational equity and student excellence.

Schools are increasingly more multicultural and multilingual with students from diverse social and economic backgrounds. We serve students with different motivations for engaging in learning, behaving positively and performing academically. Social Emotional Learning provides a foundation for safe, respectful and positive learning. SEL enhances students' ability to positively interact with peers, succeed in school, careers and life.
